I bought a dress here while on vacation, then went to put it on the next day and it has a giant hole in the bottom, making the dress unwearable. I took it back a day or two later and they told me they wouldn’t replace it or give me a refund because “They sold it in perfect condition” and “they checked before they sold it to me and it there was no hole”, meanwhile no one thoroughly examined the dress, including myself, or else I would have grabbed another one before purchasing. The store owner told me to take it to a seamstress to get it fixed after it was already $50 - the hole was big enough that a seamstress clearly can’t fix it. Very clearly just a business that cares about $ and not about its product/customers. Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off by a tourist trap....

While the fashions and quality of the items are awesome at a reasonable price, the staff is the real 5 STAR here. The young lady who opened the store on 1/28 was wonderful. Super helpful and knowledgeable of the items. She was opening alone and there were about 9 people in the store first thing, me included. And she gracefully helped us all and attended to us all. Fabiana was a dream helping me shop. She was always outside to assist me in the dressing room or get a different size!! I did some damage in there, but loved the clothes and all the colors and how they fit!! I explained as soon as I walked through the door that I have a love/hate relationship with linen!!!! I didn’t think I could steam linen. She educated me!! Game changer!!! I went back today and did more shopping!!! Love her and the clothes!!!!...
