
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I have sent so many emails that haven't been responded to. The sad part is they emailed me to replace an item I ordered that they no longer had. Ok. Cool. We agreed on a replacement. Unfortunately, the items never shipped. All I have are two emails that read "items waiting to be picked up." When I check the tracking that is all I see. I attempted to call the store, no answer. Items were supposed to ship 25 days ago. USPS isn't that bad. And New Orleans isn't that far from Atlanta. Now, I have to get in touch with my bank in order to be reimbursed. A pain in the ass. If you are running a buisness, then run it. Don't play games with people's money and time. People try to support, in return they get bullshit. I don't know who Currensy has running things. Whoever they are, they are delinquent and irresponsible.
Update: On February 8th I received an email that read "I am checking on this order now." On February thr 9th I received an email asking if I had a phone number in order to call me. My response was, why do we need to talk on the phone. I explained to whoever that I travel a lot and I am extremely busy. In other words, I can't wait around for some random phone call at some random time. I need to know when they plan to call. Today is March the 2nd. I have not received a response. Let's see how ridiculous this can get. I know teens who could do a better job. I placed my order on January the 17th. Obviously, the money was deducted on the same day. Here it is March the 2nd and the shenanigans continue.
UPDATE: After multiple emails, progress has been made. It looks like my order has finally shipped. THANKS TO WHOEVER SORTED THIS OUT. Perhaps they have new management, or they decided to get on their grind. Frankly, I had given up on the order. The continued effort wasn't worth the money spent. This took three months. Hopefully, they will improve and have great success. No hard feelings.
FINAL UPDATE From what I hear my shirts have arrived as advertised. I won't be home for awhile, I'll see them when I arrive. I am changing my star rating from one star to three. They straightened...
Read morePLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING - I'm super disappointed. I was so happy to place my order with JetLife. I support the label to the fullest but unfortunately, the customer service is not that great. I ordered a pair of JetLife shorts but there wasn't a sizing chart available on the site so I contacted support prior to ordering and they said they run "true to size". So based on this response, I ordered my typical size. WRONG, they are EXTREMELY too SMALL. So I contacted support twice and have not heard a response at all. I'll likely need to open a dispute as I still don't have a resolution and I am stuck with a product I can't even wear. If upper management reads this comment, please consider a facelift on customer service AND the e-commerce experience. This is an incredible brand that has been built with a strong presence but it also needs to be backed by reasonable policies and a little more transparency of the items being sold on the website. I am truly hopeful to hear from someone who can help.
UPDATE - Sad to report that I was asked to contact their chat support immediately after writing the original review. This was after the comment you see below of them asking me to reach out and they would help me. They asked for me to send the shorts back and they will resend me a better size..well, I paid $15 for a shipping label to send them back and never heard from them after. I've tried to reach out by chat and email both unresponsive. So basically they made me send the shorts back, kept them, and didn't send me a replacement or issue me a refund. I purchased through apple pay which automatically put in an address I do not use and didn’t give me the opportunity to change it. So I sent several messages on their online portal, several emails all right away to make sure it hadn’t even began processing before I asked for the address update. After 3 weeks and even DMs on instagram which went unread and comments on post (which they deleted but didn’t answer) I called the store. I was told by someone they would make the correction not to worry, well a week and a half after that the item shipped and big surprise NO CHANGE had been made. The customer service for this brand is not even bad it’s non existent, the reviews on the BBB website are accurate they should have an F. Most of the issues they have are poor customer service (none) and poor quality assurance (shipping issues and product quality). I honestly wouldn’t recommend purchasing online from them, if you do want to support maybe try the store. But this is no way to run a quality business with longevity and repeat customers.
