I went in to get 70 prints on bright paper with black ink. The girl took my phone number and told me that it would be an hour max but she was sure it wouldn't take that long and she would call when the order was completed. After an hour without hearing anything from the store I went back in to see what was going on. The girl whips out my origional and one of her copies and said oh hi the pictured on the coppied isn't comming out, do you still want them? (She waited for me to get there and see what was taking so long instead of just calling me to ask) By that time I was so late to the event I needed them for that I said fine. I then proceeded to watch her run almost the entire order in arround 5 min. When i got home i had missed the event i needed them for and on further inspection i saw that many of the letters were showing up grey or super light. It just looked like the ink needed changed or something. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the printing department. I did enjoy the rest of the staff who asked if I needed assistance and if I was doing okay mutiple times when I was walking arround the store trying to kill the massive amount of time the prints took. Read moreNew Phila Staples has wonderful/helpful employees and I have always gone to their techs to assist with my laptop problems. They ordered a part which took almost a month cause of back ordering. I took my laptop back to fix and it was the wrong part which they said they would call me when it was done but I wasted my time waiting in that area instead of calling me and letting me know the problem. That made me not very happy. Now, I am stuck waiting for the right part for my laptop. I have no laptop and uncertain when it will be complete. I am guessing another month. I am disappointed! I think I will go somewhere else next time if I have to wait another week or two from today. I was told I would get my part as soon as they could. It is frustrating! Read moreI needed a desk. They have one that would work perfect and it is marked for clearance. I wanted to buy it. They said no they can't sell it. They say they need the demo model because they'll have more of the same desk in stock next week. I said, oh so it's not really on clearance then. The kid said it's not. Why put a sign on stuff saying its clearance when it's not. Oh that's just how they do it. Ugh... that is misleading and false advertising. I've bought $1,000s of office supplies here over the years.
