The UPS Store — Local services in New Philadelphia

December 16 I was headed to the hospital to drop a neighbor off. I got to the intersection of St. Rt. 39 and Easter High. At 6:55pm I stopped for a brief 10 secs. My light turned green while the other turned red. I was about to hit the middle part of the intersection when out of the blue a big brown box truck comes whizzing by about to hit usit looked like he was doing 35 to 45 mile perhours. When I put my brakes on and and turned my truck to the right. A near miss thank God us 3 were alright. That damn truck never stopped didn't look my way. I pulled to the side of the road put my hazards on. And just had to calm my heart andd my nerves. I wish I did get the number of the boxes truck and I wish I had that recorded. And showed the police the video. TO THE GUY WHO ABOUT HIT MY TRUCK. YOU BETTER THANK GOD THAT MY DAUGHTER , NEIGHBOR AND I DIDNT GET HURT. BUT NEXT TIME STOP AT ALL TRAFFIC LIGHTS. CAUSE MAYBE YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY HIT SOMEONE AND THEY LOST THEIR LIFE OR GET PHYSICALLY DISABLED BECAUSE YOU DIDNT STOP. NOT SORRY FOR THIS. But I hope a cop catches you doing that and you get a nice size fine you have to pay. And you lose...

Rude service! The guy that works at this store talks to his customers very unprofessional and belittling. I will never walk in that store again. Everyone will know what horrible customer service I experienced here. Very uncalled for the way I was talked to. Management will be getting a call about employees who work here. Had nothing to do with notary not being completed. I was able to go elsewhere and they did it, with no issue. It was the way I was spoken to. Apparently customer service and respect is not a top priority for this store. Talking down to customers is very unprofessional. From other reviews at this store it seems I am not the only one with the same issue. Maybe learn how to speak to...

Guy working there was nice. However, the ground cutoff is 5:30pm, I showed up at 5:28 with prelabeled boxes and was told they would go out the following day. As I was leaving the parking lot, the UPS driver was also leaving in his package car. Seems like an effort could've been made to get my boxes out that day since I was there before the cutoff. If you can't get them out after 5:20, then change the cutoff to 5:20... This was after I went to the customer center which was listed on the UPS website as being open, but a sign was on the door indicating that it is permanently closed. Not impressed with UPS services...
