I was visiting Queens from Philadelphia making funeral arrangements as my relative passed away late Friday night. Christmas weekend no less. I needed a locksmith. We called many. One called us back. Alex. On a Holiday Weekend! A day before Christmas Eve. He assured us he would help us. Quoted us a price. Alex came in time. What he thought would take maybe an hour, took two hours. Locks had been partially ripped out and damaged the door. Very polite. He really had some work cut out for him. When he finished, I asked him how much do we owe you. He quoted the SAME PRICE! Who does that???? We did give him a nice tip. He totally deserved it. I would have given more but he took cash and we were limited but able to compensate him. This is a guy I would consider inviting him home to visit. He was THAT NICE! THANK YOU ALEX. we needed a locksmith and...

I was locked out of my apartment in flushing at 11pm.

I called and sent pictures to a few other locksmiths, who quoted me 269$'s plus... and they COULDN'T even guarantee opening. One said "We might take 1-2hours and damage to lock so we will need to drill & replace the lock."

That's when I called l this man. I didn't even send pictures, I told him my address and that I was locked out of my apartment. He said "20 minutes I will be there, if you have pictures please send".

He arrived at my apartment quoted me "$160". I said yes and within 1 minute he opened the door! He ask for a tip and I felt bad since he charged so low, I gave him a $40 dollar tip.

This was after midnight. Thank God, I was fortunate to meet this man.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I lost my keys and got Master to help to open door and replace new lock. However, one month later the screw is not security and I can’t open from inside of my room. I call home right away. His attitude change to worst and ask for fee. Excuse me!!! I pay more services and you should make sure all part were corrected. I allow you take another case and come back and continue to fix my lock. How dare you can ask service fee from me? Call you early morning!! Why you claim 24 hours for service? And said I touch the screw!! If I touch the screw, I do mor need your work. I do not need that...
