I cannot say enough about Manhattan Meow and how wonderful they are with my fur babies. I literally schedule my travel plans around Kiyoko’s availability. I simply feel more at ease knowing my kitties are safe & sound with her. It has been almost four years since I first reviewed Manhattan Meow, and they’re just as phenomenal now, as they were then.

I know I’ve already reviewed Manhattan Meow, since I first used their services a year ago. Since then I’ve adopted a 2nd cat and yes - I continue to use Manhattan Meow. Kiyoko is my go-to. She is beyond reliable and knows my cats and their little quirks. It’s so worth having peace-of-mind, when one has to travel and leave their fur babies behind. (December 2022)

I recently used Manhattan Meow for twice-a-day drop ins (which is no easy feat with frigid temperatures) for my newly adopted kittie. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous, but they did not disappoint. So trustworthy, so great with keeping in touch while I was away - sending me short messages and videos and the price is 100% cost effective. Ceylan is a godsend! My husband and I have three senior kitties, and we have to go out of state somewhat frequently for family matters. We found Ceylan/Manhattan Meow after a couple of bad experiences using Rover - the difference in service has been night and day! As soon as Ceylan (the "C" is pronounced like "J") came for a meet and greet, we knew we would be leaving our cats in kind, experienced, and capable hands. She is for certain a concerned cat lover; she asked questions about them that I didn't even think to mention. Every day that she visited with the cats, she sent a video to make sure we knew they were taken care of. She also brought toys for them! I'm pretty sure our cats liked her more than they liked us. :-) They certainly looked forward to hearing Ceylan's sweet, sing-song voice while chowing down and getting all the good pets! When we returned home after a week, our place was in better shape than we had left it. Manhattan Meow… what a relief for this cat Mama. I’ve been in the city for 20 yrs and had cats for 15 of them. I’ve always relied on friends to catsit. But as friends move farther from the city or have their own babies I’ve felt guilty asking them to catsit. But I have family and friends all over to travel to as well as all NYers do. So have been stressed about who my go-to cat sitter would be. I went to see my family for the first time since the start of COVID last week. I did a lot of research before I left and found Manhattan Meow just in time. Within 10 minutes of contacting them, Neyir responded, and then within the hour I was chatting with Courtney about my cats and setting up a meet and greet. Courtney was lovely and made me feel so comfortable. It was all easy breezy from there. Payment, which was so reasonable, took two minutes.
