After getting a recommendation for this bread, I bought a few different varieties of gotcha focaccia last month so I could make a sandwich platter for guests at a party. I’m also pregnant and have had really intense cravings for bread that I’ve never had before (so I bought more loaves after just for myself). They’ve GOT me hooked ❤️ I ordered “The Rustic” vegan option that has mushrooms ‘n leeks and truffle oil. The dough was cooked so well, soft on the inside with the tiniest layer of crunch on the outside. I paired this with a tasty Curious Elixer No.1 mocktail in a can.
