From the first consultation to the actual execution of both events, their attention to detail and organization skills were remarkable. They took the time to understand my vision and made sure every aspect of the wedding was executed flawlessly. Emily the owner of Project Party NYC is the most organized amazing party planner one could ever hope to have. Truly a lifesaver. For our 25th wedding anniversary she designed and mailed out our wedding invites by mail, night before wine tasting event invites via email, negotiated with vendors ( justifying her fees right there), organized transportation, negotiated hotel block, recommended an amazing photographer and reined us in when we started to go overboard. She was the calm in the midst of crazy planning. She was our point person for every minor guest issue (“do you have Tylenol?, where’s the church again ?” Etc) saving us tons of calls/texts and time wasters on wedding day. She was there for both events (Friday & Saturday) and coordinated with Italians coming from Italy to give a fantastic wine tasting event.
