NY Limo Bus Inc. — Local services in New York

Dishonest service. Beware. I booked for the 4 hour minimum about 2 weeks ago. They ask for the itinerary to add to the contract, and our final stop was 8:15PM at the Natural History Museum where our group was attending a gala. The driver dropped us off at the museum at 7:15PM and our group headed in to the gala with no issues. I later receive an EXTRA $700 charge out of nowhere and without notice. They claimed the driver stayed an extra 2 hours, when we'd actually ended with the driver an hour early. I won't be dealing with them again.

Adding a response to the below reply from the owner (don’t know if there’s a reply feature for Google reviews.) No one from our party requested for the driver to stay. It was a multi hour event, with an afterparty for which the transportation was already provided. For what reason would we even ask that?

I reached out to NY Limo Bus Inc. directly already, explained the situation, and the employees told me on multiple occasions that the owner would call me in 10-15 minutes, and the owner never called once. This was hours of my time spent trying to resolve this directly.

NY Limo Bus didn’t even send me a receipt for the “extra” time. Only after I noticed the extra charge (over a week later!) and called/emailed about it did I receive a notice of the charge. It feels like they were hoping to charge me quietly and have me not notice.

Once again, I will not be doing business...
