40 Street-Lowery Street is a great area to look at views. It's a pretty clean and nice station with mosaics. Only things I dislike are the "balconies" and infrastructure. They need to fix up the infrastructure a bit as it looks very deteriorated. The "balconies" could use something on top of it to prevent falling.

Hands down this is the 7 train station with the most beautiful view and super wide new platform on the Manhattan bound side. Sometimes there are musicians performing right next to the station entrance and the acoustics are amazing. Staff working there is helpful too.

40th Street-Lowery Street is situated in the Sunnyside section of Queens, the station is only served the the slow (7) service, 40th Street is on a solid concrete bridge, the station being in Sunnyside is relatively clean and the train service is frequent. I travel in the morning, swipe your card and go through the Queens side. When I go upstairs I have a good laugh every morning looking at the thousands of libtards on the Manhattan bound side waiting ages for the train who voted for Cuomo and De Blasio to keep the MTA the craptastic daymare it already...
