Capital One Bank — Local services in New York

Capital one normally has a good service when I call call. I am pretty sure the services should be good in other brunches. I walked in to be added in an existing account, first the wait was almost one hour thirty minutes then it took them over an hour struggling with the issue. The associate was aimlessly scrolling through the computer and running around without reason. When it was coming to almost 3 hours and I lost patience, that’s when they got it done in 10mins.

They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for this. Wost bank service experience ever.

Fantastic bank! The decor and inside of the bank has been renovated and really elevated since the last picture posted of it from 7 years ago. I highly recommend anyone to come here as they are efficient and friendly. Their implementation of updated technology to help make transactions a lot quicker. Hoy tuve una de las peores experiencias visitando el banco. Al ingresar una de las empleadas del banco de descendencia afroamericana me insinuó e intento presionar de que los depósitos de cheques se hacen en las máquinas que tienen ahí o en línea, también le dije que realizaría el pago de mi tarjeta de crédito pero aún así siguió insistiendo. Ella con una mirada de desprecio me envió a una de las ventanillas y el cajero poco atento después de realizar mis depósitos me preguntó si necesitaba algo más y le dije que queria pagar mi tarjeta de crédito. Me respondió que éso se hace en línea. Esperaba hacer el pago de mi tarjeta ya que me encuentro en el sitio y pueden ayudarme con eso en el momento. Pero éste empleado el cual no recuerdo el nombre pero si tenia puesto un par de aretes no tenía la intención de ayudarme y optó por "sugerir" que lo haga en línea. Personalmente me siento más segura y confiable realizar mis transacciones en el mismo banco. No tengo ése derecho como cliente?? Me siento realmente discriminada como mujer adulta mayor.
