They Do Not Really Do Covid-19 Vaccinations

90th Street Pharmacy says, on their website and on their phone system, that they do walk-in Covid 19 vaccinations. In practice they do not. At 12:15PM on Friday May 20, 2022 my wife and I walked in and were told "We don't have any." I had called three times earlier to confirm they did Moderna vaccines, that we could walk in and that they had the vaccine on hand. Each time I was told "Yes". This is the second time this has happened. When I said "I am not coming back" the guy behind the counter laughed and said "OK, no problem." These people are completely unreliable. It is no wonder that no one is in the pharmacy. It makes one wonder about their ability to fill prescriptions accurately. In the past when a prescription is phoned in it got delivered that late afternoon. Recently when a prescription was phoned in, I did not receive it. I went to the front desk. I was told they had the prescription. It would be delivered later that day. I never received it. In the past when the pharmacy could not fill the prescription, I would get a phone message telling that and why not. I needed the cure for COVID. They did not call to say they did not have it. I had to go to 90th Street pharmacy to ask for Paovid. They then told me to go to Duane Reade. I had to have my physician call that in the next day. 90th would not transfer the prescription to...

Let’s start with the positive: Ok variety of choices (vitamins, shampoos, OTC…). Gentleman at the cashier is polite. The negative: not welcoming.
