NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! After first going to corner furniture across the street and seeing how ridiculously priced they were for simple items, i purchased a futon/sofa from Furniture Outlet for a more reasonable price. At first, the young lady who assisted me in my purchase was very kind and patient with helping me pick a set; she was also informative and convinced me that i would be taken cared of with regards to delivery and installation as i needed this as soon as possible. After being told my order would be placed as a rush and i would receive it later that week, i did not receive my furniture until over TWO WEEKS LATER!! I would call almost everyday and was told something different each time as to why i have not received my furniture. Okay so finally i get a call to schedule delivery; i was initially told by the saleswoman that my furniture would be handled by professionals, "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE"; the guys who delivered it, who wore corner furniture shirts, at first installed the sofa wrong, then became rude when we told them it was wrong; then they delivered the pieces with missing arms for the chairs!!! and as they were installing the base of the bottom compartments, one of the guys cracked the wood - simply told me i can either accept it as is and they would place a service order for someone to come fix later or i can send it back. As i was already frustrated with having to wait so long, i accepted and witnessed the man take a picture of the damage and write "needs service" on the receipt he would bring back to the outlet and was told someone from the store would contact me shortly to schedule. The men left, to then come back hours later and deliver the arms to my chair - saying it was packed in the truck, where they only were able to find after emptying. TWO WEEKS LATER, no one called me to schedule service. Again, i called the outlet, and was told by the receptionist there that no one put in a service order, after informing her i have a copy of the receipt it was written on, i was told no one informed her and it had been filed away. OKAY, so the service order was placed. another week passed, no one called to schedule! i call again, to be told the "guy is on vacation" - another two weeks, finally, "the guy" came for "service" who simply came and took ANOTHER picture of the damage and left. So now it wasn't until another THREE WEEKS LATER, after calling everyday and again being told something different from the "part not being delivered", to "we didn't know it came in" oh and my favorite when i spoke to the store manager, "i thought you were taken cared of already" - finally i get a call for the delivery. I work during the service hours so had my neighbor let the man in to install - i came home and to my surprise THEY NEVER FIXED THE DAMAGED PIECE!!! - i was told by my neighbor the man simply stapled the other side to reinforce that panel, because apparently that looked as if it was coming apart as well, and left with the piece i waited all this time for!!! Now, i ask what is the reason for the photos if he did not know what he was fixing?!?!? i ultimately gave up on going back and forth with this place as i am just about done with the payments for it, i had my father staple and glue where it was damaged and its holding up better than what these incompetent people had initially did. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE, the penny saving is not worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe purchased a leather sofa in this store Terry was our sales person customer service was on point until furniture was delivered I only sat on it twice and leather is left snagging and wrinkled called company to find out more of this item just curious course I really like this leather soda they mentioned itās probably one out of many that defective the fiber not good inside so Iāve been trying to only replace the two pieces of cushion that have this problem but it seems theyāre not working with us yet we paying for it and this is a Ashley furniture but was brought in a third party furniture store The store manager Manny should help us in replacement of the problem weāre having two cushions is all we mentioned one is more defective than the other this is Poor service and a total disrespect to us. He mentions that I was talking over him, but actually heās talking over me just so I keep this furniture the way it is they had it upstairs in their store room probably sat on multiple times by them perhaps whatever the reason they need to solve it course I have pictures and I did called the sales lady whom I told this problem to from day one when I first sat on the couch so upsetting paying for a damaged furniture is not an investment we are losing our hard earn income on defective furniture should have brought directly from Ashley furniture store company not a third party store !! All I asked was for replacement of two of the cushions which are detective the middle leather cushions and the left corner those are the two pieces of leather cushion needed for placement other than that itās fine but why are they acting so unprofessional when Iām only asking for their help to solve this matter and when can they get it taken care of itās just been brought in recent days and Iām scared to even sit on it makes no sense they need to work with me and not against me still insist commenting The Furniture is fine No its not one cushion alone is still okay but the two other cushions are Not !!!! This is the worst store experience ever never gone through this before .The store is accountable for their merchandise they sell and they make excuses covering their mistakes . I mentioned to lady Terry calling her right away and stool pictures the moment i noticed only in my house for one two days . Terry said she would tell manager Manny right away and Worst customer service when you call no response or they make excuses to cover their mistakes . Mann Im so disappointed I purchased this...

SMFH This furniture store will sell you USED furniture and claim its NEW. If you still planned on buying something from this furniture store. Please make sure that you have enough time to go over the contract more then one time. Please inspect your furniture thoroughly upon arrival. Get them to verbally admit that the furniture is brand new. Do not be Afraid to video tape verb Agreement and or any other concerts you may have. They will give you Polite conversation as a distraction while you are signing contracts.This is to confuse you while you are reading. If the item is defective or damaged during delivery. They will tell you that they will take care of it. Then give you the run-around for days, weeks, and months. Even after you send all the documents they asked for. If you decide you no longer wants to Receive Items from the store and you would like to end contrast. They will then inform you that your furniture is a floor model which means you can't get your money back. Even though you pay brand new item pricing for your furniture. Wish I could have gave them no stars! JUST DON'T DO...
