Annise Nail Salon Inc — Local services in New York

I came here about a month ago to get my nail done. First I asked them if they had the color I wanted and they said yes, but they lied and they didn’t have it. They kept applying color and LED lamp like 5 times. I told him that my toes were burning and he told me that it was fine and put my foot back. My toes were burning for weeks after getting my toes done. When I finally took the gel polish off I realized that the LED lamp or the chrome (the color I got) burned my toe nail. When I went back to them to tell about what happened they were very rude and disrespectful. They started gaslighting me and telling be that it was cause I hit my toe nail and that it wasn’t them. It’s very disappointing because I’m a regular customer. I come here all the time. I just wanted them to be aware of their product and this situation showed their true color. The workers are also very aggressive when it comes to taking nails off (they rip it off) and or products (by scraping it off aggressively). They don’t listen well to what you want and do whatever they think you’ll like. This could’ve been way worse. Long story short they don’t clean their tools or wash the towels, they reuse sandals.
