Talk about exceptional and great customer service, this is the place to go if you ever need pictures or Artwork framed. I had an artwork that I wanted framed, and John helped and guided me in selecting the right frame and protective glass for my artwork. The job came out beautiful and it was completed within the time frame he proposed.

I had to ship my artwork and John volunteer to securely packaged my frame (he did not have to do that) and even took the box outside for me so I can conveniently ship it to the FedEx office near his place. I appreciated all the effort he put in helping me.

I was very impressed their transparency, professionalism, and accommodation. I got a piece of black and white photography framed and the suggestions of margins and frame turned out to look fantastic. Pricing wasn’t cheap, but it was fair and transparent. I asked for a relatively short turnaround of a week, and the day I went to get it I was running late and the person working there was generously willing to stay open for me a bit late to get there if I needed which was incredibly kind of them. Amazing quality and service. I had a Fazzino 3D art piece thar needed the glass replaced. I called and spoke with.Steve. I arrived on Sat around noon. John took care of my order and honored the fair priced quoted on the phone. 1 hr later I received a text letting me know that it was ready.
