The service here is wonderful, I had an appointment with Iuliia who was very sweet. I gave her a design to replicate and I think she did a good job, so no complaints at all about service or skill.

The only thing I’m not sure about is the quality of some of the polishes they use. She used a gold gel to do the design, but by the next day there were already parts chipping off, taking the layer underneath it as well. There’s a possibility it’s my fault when drying the nails in the UV, but I think I held all my nails for a pretty long time under the lamp. Any nail that doesn’t have the gold on the tips is still fine and looking good.

Additionally, the base nail polish I chose wasn’t as magnetic looking as in their catalogue. Not really sure why, maybe they needed to mix it some more first, or magnetize both layers instead of one.

I’d still recommend going here, they have many skilled technicians and loyal customers for a reason. Just check the polishes...

Elena is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable about nails and nail health and I cannot possibly think of going elsewhere for my manis and pedis.
