I recently visited the AT&T store in East Harlem and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Emerson was able to help my mom in Spanish. He was patient and took the time to listen to my needs, answering all of my questions thoroughly.

One thing that stood out was Emerson informed me of a discount for first responders. Not only did they provide me with excellent service, but they also saved me a ton of money - I couldn't have...

Millie was amazing! I had one of the worst days ever. My phone was stolen as well as my license etc; I was so upset, and Millie was extremely sincere and helpful throughout the process of getting a new phone. Will definitely only be coming back to this store - I had a terrible experience at two other locations in Manhattan, and this is the first positive experience I have had...
