Terrible customer service. It was 6:48 and the man wouldn’t let me in. I’m a faithful customer who comes from the upper east side and to stand at the door while there was one customer in side and he wouldn’t let me in was upsetting. If it says you close at 7PM why are you locking the doors in advance? It’s just upsetting because I walked here and had to come back to buy more hair to be ready for work tomorrow. It’s just inconvenient, inconsiderate and annoying to loyal customers. Especially when ITS NOT 7PM as it says. was turned away 12 minutes before the actual close time. Unfriendly, stereotyping, rude, terrible customer service! They seem to only cater to non black customers and given the area it is absolutely distasteful.
