This place is terrible with incompetent supervisors in charge . However , I placed an order through the drive through , when I arrived at my home I noticed one of my orders was missing French fries & a biscuit . The other order chicken was cold with an overcooked biscuit and a watered down drink with no ice when I specifically asked for a CHILLED mango drink. I went back and informed the supervisor on duty at the time Joy, the order was wrong she decided to still make my entire order wrong again because she didn’t take the time to fully listen when I was telling her my order was made wrong .Joy stated the employees usually rush to make the orders and usually don’t pay attention so they can get the orders out fast . As I am driving I check the order and still see the order was still missing fries. I went back in the store now with both wrong orders and the drink , I informed the employee I will like a refund I don’t want anything . The employee called Joy over and she already seemed annoyed that I brought back both of the orders the store made . Joy did not want to give me my refund back because she stated she made my order again. Not keeping in mind she still made the WRONG order a SECOND TIME, Joy is not professional whatsoever. Idc what was made again if you still did not make the CORRECT order. I still waited about 25 minutes to receive my refund, at first Joy told me to go on the Popeyes website to receive my refund because she wasn’t refunding my money in the store . She “ refuses “ to refund me my money because she wasn’t the one that made the initial order and when I came back to the drive through she stated she gave me “ fresh food”. So because you give a customer fresh food ??? The “ fresh” food was still wrong after the customer went home the first time , came back the second time to the drive through, left the drive through checked her order on the way home to notice the order was still wrong to begin with they’re not entitled to their refund ??? Joy and the other manager on duty we’re incompetent supervisors and don’t know what the they’re doing and if they don’t like their jobs they need to get a new one instead of trying to not give a customer their rightful refund . As I was waiting for my refund another customer came back to the drive through and was asking for a refund as well . Read more04.29.19 EDIT ** I originally sung the praises of this branch of Popeyes, but sadly, my last 3 visits give me cause to complain. All 3 visits were Drive-Thru purchases and all 3 times, they made mistakes with my order. This past Saturday, I even called once I arrived home (15 minutes away) and asked to speak to a manager, because they (again) did not give the biscuits that came with the order. I spoke to someone who identified herself as the manager, but was very rude and brisk and said that it is not their fault, they are busy training new employees and mistakes happen. When I said that's just unacceptable, she abruptly passed the phone to someone else who said SHE is the manager and I had to repeat myself all over again. Very unprofessional and very rude service. I am really sorry this place has taken such a downward turn. Maybe going in and ordering inside makes a difference, but its very aggravating to use the drive thru and get an incorrect order every single time. They need to step up their game here.
I like this location. It's always a quick process, in and out -- FAST!! like fast food should be.. Parking, right off the Jackie Rob, friendly staff and good fried chicken.. We ordered over $40 in items through UBER EATS and patiently waited for our order to be delivered by Qutiwona Bradley. Our estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes as this location is only three blocks from our home and even though it was preferred, pick up wasn't an option. Once the ordered was placed, we discovered our delivery person was on foot. I immediately became alarmed but remained optimistic. Ultimately after waiting an hour and forty eight minutes I sent a text asking for an ETA. I received no response and after 13 minutes I called the delivery person. I was sent to voicemail and thirty seconds later my order was cancelled. I drove to the location and explained to the manager what that our order was stolen and a very rude employee interjected and blurted out that it wasn't their problem and to call UBER.
