I got the “Hydra facial” yesterday. Bonnie did my facial. The service was horrible. She kept leaving the room and was doing someone’s facial at the same time. She left marks on my face from the extraction tools. She didn’t know how to use them. Their was no hydra facial machine that was used. She just put cleanser, streamer, did horrible extraction and a mask. That was it. I requested someone experienced and asked if it would be a hydra facial and she told me Yes. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. After doing my facial she had the audacity to tell me $500 facial offer. I would have not said anything if my face didn’t looked that bad after the facial. Plus she did not cleaned the mask properly and I had to wash my face after...

Get into the store...oh my just like Alice in wonderland...i.find a lots of cute little nic nac...one of a kind clothes

Store owner chit chat with me...I cannot help stare at her skin...she told me that it is her diet, her special oriental way hand/palm touch on face trigger point....

After i finish my shopping...i lied down had a refresh facial, finish with a special little drink...

I love this spa. The owner is very honest, she truly cares for clients skin and feedback. She gives clients the best products and treatment possible. They are very generous applying the serums and skincare products on my face. She is not there to make money. I’ve been going there for few years and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you Bella and Bonnie. I see more obvious result when my skin is in trouble. Other times, my skin looks more glowing after facials. It’s definitely worth a trip to visit this spa, you will find something that would make you look...
