Mong Kok Supermarket — Local services in New York

Ever since post COVID the customer services becomes worse and worse. I constantly hear disputes between cashier and customers while I was completing my grocery shopping. Today I was in brunt of this poor service. I was going through a side pile of peeled stem vegetables, then selected the minimal that was not rotted. I took to a cashier who refused to sell it, stating I need to purchase enough for her to sell it to me. When she was told the rest is not good and I refuse to buy the rotted pile, she refused to sell me the ones I selected from their presorted pile, meanwhile it’s by pound. I can’t believe this discourteous behavior exist and she refuse to provide me her name and her manager’s name/number. Luckily, there was next door 1811 Chinese supermarket and star supermarket at corner. Places like this needs competition. They think they could get away with selling poor quality goods to customers. I’m writing this hoping the manager of this establishment is aware he hired a poor worker who forces customers to purchase poor quality products and hope he ensures he has good customer care workers. I bought a watermelon in the supermarket at noon today, after opening it at home, which completely scared me, the water inside the watermelon seems to be out of the faucet, I have to use the filter basket to filter out the water, a whole 2 bowls of water, I also bought a box of strawberries, all rotten and moldy one can not eat, I called the supermarket, As soon as they hear the situation, they immediately change the phone on the other side of the phone, talking loudly and shirking responsibility, not to solve customer problems, I have pictures and videos as proof! THE WORST GROCERY STORE EVER!!! THEY ARE SELLING ROTTEN FRUIT that they refuse to take back! The grocery store cashiers are extremely rude, and if you do not speak chinese they simply ignore you, turn they back on you and start chating with each other while you are talking to them! I've came back to the store with the two rotten pomelo fruits bought from them, they refused to take them back for a refund, and they refused to call the store manager stating they do not have one!
