I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben Window & Glass, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I actually found them on a friend’s facebook. They were asking for recommendations and Ben’s name came up right away with praise so I saved their info, and I’m so glad I did—since I was also dealing with some window issues.

I reached out to them at night on their website and they responded right away the next morning! We immediately started scheduling to asses this issue. They worked around my schedule and even kept me in the loop when the technician needed to reschedule, but still made sure they could fit me in at a time that worked for me.

On the day of the appointment, I was kept informed about when the technician would arrive and he showed up at the expected time. What really stood out to me was his professionalism and respect—he immediately took off his shoes before coming inside, without me having to ask!! It may seem small, but it showed how Ben's team and respected their clients/home!

As he assessed the issue, I was impressed by his expertise. Not only did he quickly figure out what was wrong, but he was able to fix right away. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the issue and solution with patience. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful he was.

From start to finish, Ben Window & Glass exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, respectful, and really professional. Many of the original 1997 windows at Worldwide Plaza Residential Condominiums, located on 50th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues in Manhattan, developed seal leaks after the warranty expired. This caused permanent fogging that obscured the beautiful city views.

Finding a reliable company to replace 18 large panes of glass was daunting. Thankfully, Ben Window & Glass came to the rescue. They were responsive from the very first contact and incredibly professional throughout the entire process.

Their team was conscientious and ensured a stress-free experience. From the initial measurements to the final installation, everything was handled with competence and efficiency. The price they offered was also very reasonable and competitive.

9/28/2023 Update After 4 months I can confidently say that sealing my window stopped the leak into my first floor ceiling. There have been several storms and everything has remained dry! I'll definitley be contacting Ben Window & Glass for additional window repairs.

I have a second floor window leaking rain down into my first floor ceiling when wind blows by hard rain against it. When Donny came to take a look and give me a quote, he said it looked like the window needed to be sealed and asked if I wanted it done that day. The price he quoted was reasonable so I said sure. He took his time and sealed the window all the way around and cleaned up when he was done. He was very polite, answered all my questions and was finished quickly.
