After such a good experience in the Staten Island store I have decided to visit the Brooklyn one! I had really high hopes with this visit ! When I left I had mixed feelings about the experience! I expected much more ..!

Store wasn’t that much clean when I visited ! On the entrance they had boxes & boxes. Maybe that just got shipment ! The organization could be much better, felt overwhelmed & suffocated! Staten Island store is much nicer, brighter & cleaner . Customer service is excellent there!

They do have more items then the other store . Customer service was ok. Young girl was much nicer then the older lady. I told her I wish they have stuff for my size because 99% of the dresses are too long. She said we can fixed the length for you, let me know which ones you like. I asked is it free? She goes yes Ofcource! So I showed her 4 dresses which I loved ! She looks at them & keep taking me to literally different selections asking how about this one’s! I said but I don’t like them ! She goes oh ok then! I was shocked, what was that ..! Why you tell your customer that you can fix the length & when they show you which ones they like you just decided to ignore her & act like there’s nothing to be done ! Totally disrespectful!

Then I went to try out dresses & the changing room I was in had cloths all over the floor ! I came upstairs after trying my stuff. Let her know that there are cloths all over the floor with the intention of helping her. She looks at me funny like I made the mess ! I said just trying to help you guys because it doesn’t look good! I am just trying to help , and still she gave me attitude & looks ! So I just paid & left .

I was overly excited to visit this place but left with so much sadness ! Was gonna take pictures, make some tiktok but didn’t felt like staying there longer !

Btw, they do need to get cloths for petite people. I do understand that the country the products are coming from people are taller but the whole world isn’t tall ! I guess ladies like me have to stick with...

I am utterly disgusted and infuriated by the abysmal service I received from this online store. I placed an order with them, patiently waiting for my item, only to be informed SIX MONTHS later that the product was out of stock. Six months! It's beyond comprehension how they could sit on this information for so long without bothering to notify me promptly.

But that's not the end of it. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare in itself. Emails sent to them vanished into the abyss; no response, no acknowledgment, nothing. And when I dared to call, I was either put on hold indefinitely or hung up on unceremoniously. It's as if they take pleasure in ignoring their customers' concerns.

Until now, I haven't received anything from them - no order, no refund, and no clear response!! after enduring seven months of this torment, they reluctantly agreed to refund my money. However, instead of crediting it back to my bank account as any reputable company would do, they had the audacity to issue a store credit. A STORE CREDIT! As if I would ever want to do business with them again after this debacle.

Save urself the frustration, the disappointment, and the waste of time. There are countless other online stores with competent customer service and ethical business practices. This one is not worth ur money, ur time, or ur peace of mind. Avoid...

They are a bunch of scammers hiding behind religion, and arrogant to boot! They took $125.00 from me and now as of 8/26 2023 have not delivered anything. I requested several times to cancel seeing the order went unfulfilled for 12 days. They don’t answer emails and are ghetto when they do. They get some woman that’s a sales clerk in Brooklyn to call me to say she didn’t know why customer service was asking her to fill my online order because she only interacts face to face with clients. I’ve ordered from them since 2019 and are official done with their @Made in Peoples Republic of China sweatshop. Update:! Please read sellers response specifically saying China is one of their vendors. There are Muslims called “Whigars” (not sure of spelling) but they are slave labored. Obviously thinks China has a ladies garment union, 401k, competitive wages and retirement. Get a grip Hunty. Travel to China! Sellers response is trying to control the narrative with thinly veiled attacking the validity of my opinion.
