Beverage World — Local services in New York

I am shocked at the way this beer distributer does business. I called them today to ask them if i can send them a list of the beers i was looking to purchase and get prices and he mentioned that they do not give prices over the phone. I have no idea who doesn't do this. I have called other beer distributers and they gladly quoted me everything. He said you have to come in. This is ridiculous, i am not going out of my way to go to your business to find out that you are OVERPRICED and apparantly have NO customer service skills whatsoever. Prices aren't great, selection isn't particularly good. Worst, though, is the callous attitude toward customers. I got a keg for a party and it was entirely foam. These guys are the worst. They severely over charged me for three kegs of beer. And yes, the have the lousiest attitudes. They are used to dealing with truck drivers and factory workers, apparently.
