I was referred to this company by a neighboring business that is much larger than my small business. They explained that this company has been attempting to gain their business and that I should also look at them. I called and explained what I needed and was rushed off the phone and told to email my request. I did. After emailing and describing what I was looking for, the person I was corresponding with acted as if she didn't understand my request. I then asked my neighbor to assist because it was confusing to me how they offered them a service, but when I described the same service, they acted like I was speaking a foreign language. As soon as my much larger neighbor, who they've been begging for their business, jumped in, they suddenly understood my request. Frustrated that they couldn't be bothered with me before (at this point, I called twice and emailed trying to explain what I was looking for 2-3 times), I mentioned that they could have put some effort into trying to listen to me and understand my request. Instead of utilizing any doctrine of good customer service and trying to understand and apologize for a potential customer's complaint, they were offended that I pointed out their lack of customer service and began to go back and forth with me unprofessionally via email and told me they didn't want my business. Cause having a toddler temper tantrum when people criticize us is the way to go. This isn't a concern as they aren't the only game in town, and quite frankly, I won't lose any revenue from not working with them, but them, on the other hand, service businesses like mine. I'll share my experience with my broad network of hospitality-based businesses. I can't speak on the quality of their product, but I can speak to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service of Kelly. Initially, I was wary that she would produce the design because the blueprint isn't as simple as anyone can make it out to be; in addition to that, the artwork isn't readily accessible online; therefore, relying on screenshots from the video game was paramount. Fortunately, she prevailed! It was enticing that Aisha was able to produce this work of art expeditiously as possible. When witnessing this design in action, I believe anything is possible. I respect Aisha's craft as a designer, and I appreciate her composure and professionalism on the matter. I would see her again when I have a design in mindâwhich is why I'm giving her and the shop four stars. My minor gripe is communication? I wish it were more effective because I have this righteous tendency of having my designs perfected. I want a design that meets beyond my expectations and a person that understands my motivations, not meeting the low bar for the sake of getting it out the way. Good quality mid-weight hoodie, the print came out vibrantly, the fit is comfortable. turn around was fast (24hrs), customer service is extremely helpful - pointing me in the right direction to establish e-commerce with them to help my business grow. Update (7/2024): months after establishing an e-commerce relationship with them, they reneged on the pricing we agreed upon after my client placed an order. I was told by the manager to take my business elsewhere when I called them out on it. Their management needs to work on updating their clientele on policy changes in a timely fashion.
