This is my family's favorite ice cream shop, we made this Shop our favorite ice cream 🍦 in 2019... I believe your ice cream is silky delicious!

By the way, we usually stop by the Amorino located in midtown between 45 and 46; but today, we were just hanging out by the upper west side, and luckily, we ran into your store...my kids were so happy. Today, we were for the strawberry and the blood orange flavors, but before, I wanted to try them first just to see which one was the winner. Anyways, when we were here, no one acknowledged our presence nor asked us if we're being helped. Your staff here is iced cold. I had to raise my arms so I could get the attention of one of your staff. Finally I got the chance to request a sample of the flavors mentioned above But to my surprised this employee (female) says that I had to buy first otherwise she'd not in any ways give me the sample? This kind of approach really turned me off... I feel like our business here is not appreciated! Your ice cream is delicious and just perfect sweet, but the customers service experience is like Vinegar and gruesome!

I LOVE this spot! I just recently stopped by to take my niece here for some ice cream (again lol). (I've been here about 4 times).The flavors that I've sampled were all amazing. I'm crushed that my favorite flavor was not on the menu when I can came this time around (August). The Honey- Lavender flavor is by far the best flavor! (PLEASE bring this flavor back). I love the cute flower shape of the ice cream on a cone ANND you're able to add as many flavors as you like!

The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. And get this... in the winter time you can have tea or hot chocolate with your ice cream! The service is amazing, and very patient with customers who can't seem to make up their minds of what it is exactly that they're looking for. (me LOL) And my gosh how could I almost forget about the best part! The macaroon on top! By far the best macaroons I've tasted, pistachio is my favorite flavor! (it's made with gelato)
