My experience was surprisingly excellent the optical staff were very knowledgeable efficient. The video Consolations both Dr. Very nice .the overall exam Very efficient. For yrs I've been saying I'm gonna check out Bj's for glasses and never do. Glad I followed through and caught a great prom they had going. I recommend Bj's Optical . If your in the Bronx area and the Bj's By Yankee Stadium is your store you need glasses see them Carlis and I didn't get the young lady name but she was very nice and helpful picking out frames....

I went today 11/6/20 the man was rude first of all 2nd he had no mask on his face. Next when it came time to examine your eyes for glasses he didn't wear gloves or santize his hands nasty. Policy and rules should be in place for employees when dealing with customers purchasing eye wear. Covid-19 is real. P.s I dealt with a young lady very professional. What hours...
