My fourth time here this week and last week. Very clean. The first drink I had was a little too sugary but part of that my fault based on what I ordered. The customer service was amazing ! I was greeted immediately by every worker including two sweet women and my drink was made fast! Love the different options/substitutes that they have for drinks. Something to note is that they have one size drink. Very good price point with what you have. Highly recommend coming here.

Yay! More bubble tea in the Bronx. The staff were really lovely and what I really liked about the bbt was 1) the boba was really good. Sometimes boba tastes powder-like at not so good places but here the boba was really good! 2)I love the option of blended ice for my bbt. Was it frigid cold when I got basically a frappe/slushie.. yes, but it was GOOD. I’m excited to go back and try the other flavors~

My girlfriend and I go to the mall pretty often were excited to see what was in the new food hall. It was awesome to see a bubble tea shop. It was our first time trying Bubble Tea 101 and we were really amazed by the quality. I got a green apple tea and my girlfriend got taro, both with tapioca balls. They were amazing, we can’t wait to visit Bubble Tea 101 again on our next mall run.

I have a huge love for Boba Tea, so this place instantly caught my attention. They have a huge variety of teas, and I got the white chocolate latte, which was sweet and creamy in all the right ways. The two ladies working the place were really nice, and I can tell they put their soul in making the drinks taste as delicious as they were. I'm definitely planning to go back since I want to work my way through their menu of Boba tea before tackling the rest of what they have to offer. Been waiting for this food court to open for so long, but it was definitely worth the wait. This Boba spot really hit the spot! The staff were very polite & helpful. They encouraged our own drink creations. Every thing is made to order. I tried their lemonade with passion fruit & peach flavor. I recently visited Bubble Tea 101 in the Bronx, NY, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience! I ordered a taro slush, and let me tell you, not many places get it right, but this one nailed it. Antony was super helpful – he asked what kind of milk I wanted, which I really appreciated because it made the drink taste perfect.
