Taco Mix — Restaurant in New York

This is not the first time but definitely the last. The first few times I ordered it’s was fine but not sure if they can’t read basic instructions or if there is a language barrier so I would call for specific instructions. I typically get the ramen birria. They charge for additional toppings but then remove the the main ingredients. I spoke with The manager Yamilin. Very unpleasant and professional. Rude, aggressive, arrogant and argumentative. I even took an uber over there just to prove I wasn’t lying. He states the store policy is to provide little meat so that you have to pay for extra me. Again I have ordered this several times before so I was aware he was lying. I asked him to remake it and let’s do a comparison. He checked the soup first and then as it was being prepared told the lady to not add little to none meat just to prove a point when he messed up is at I speak and understand Spanish very well. My first time here was a very good experience, but this time, the opposite first of all even though their hours show 10am to 10pm, I came to order a little before 9pm finding out they were already closing, they took my order not wanting because I can see the face of the workers not wanting to make the order, the I ask no onions for all my order and the person at the register didn't even put it in the notes because she was so concentrated in leaving the job, so I ended with a wrong order which I wasn't able to change because they were close already at 9pm , when I went to complaint they didn't even apologize for the bad service. and I'm not sure if im coming back to...

Ordered the Tuesday deal of 4 tacos for $15, as a pregnant woman who is struggling with food this was the best things I stumbled upon. These have to be the best and freshest tacos I have ever had. The tortillas are made to order. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, toppings were super fresh and the salsa verde was really flavorful.
