There were three staff I encountered. The one that helped you find your shoes, he was amazing and even reminded me of different options for shoes.
The second, which is a register, I asked for 10% discount since I provided my new phone number. She seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about, while she was talking I pointed out that I found a phone that someone had left.
The manager arrived and asked me what was going on. She did not say, good afternoon. How can I help? no, he just said, what's going on, and the registered person who didn't know anything about the 10% discount, told her I was asking for something... like I was asking for something she didn't know providing an attitude, then the manager explained to me something that I already know, I think she had to explain that to her employee not me because I know the policy of the store. Which is, when you sign-up with a new phone number you get 10% discount and also will get promotions for your phone number or email. I also again shared that I provided a phone that was left, and at no point did the chaser or the manager even say thank you, or that was nice. They both had such attitudes. I also asked if they had any holiday specials, and the manager responded, absolutely this is not a retail store, this is a warehouse store again with an attitude. I was like, ok it was just a question. I will never again come to this store and avoid if you don't want have a good time, just...
Read moreThis location has a clearance section that almost has to be religiously visited. It's a dash race of come first, first served mentality. It's always replenished but your size is never guaranteed! Inquiring to search the stockroom is fruitless; you get the same response--whatever is on the floor. However, on a good day, you just might strike a GREAT DEAL. I visited a flagship store and saw a pair of stylish sneakers for $70 in Manhattan. I left it behind! I visited this quick goto location and saw the EXACT footwear for............ $21 BUCKS!!!! Yes folks I am as cheap as they come! It's cheaper to keeper!!!!! I wish they were more versatile in their selections for women. The selections for women are predominantly centralized in the clearance department which I kind of take offense to that. They carry more footwear for kids and men. They have socks, some apparel, backpacks, and now face masks currently 3 for $5.00. Upon entering they do have hand sanitizer for public use, partitions at the register, and social distancing labels on their floors. Remember shopping for us girls is like the lottery, you have to keep visiting until you strike a bargain in your respective...
Read moreI'm old school. I'd rather not order online. A good friend of mine pointed out we were near a Skecher outlet. The place was incredibly big. (about a block long on the outside). Tremendously big on the inside. I walked in and there was a guard on a ladder. He directed me to the men's section. I've been in the selling game for years. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to see that Skechers was about a lot more than just sneakers. I got the attention of a sales lady who was incredibly helpful. I picked out a pair of waterproof low cut hiking boots. When I went to pay for the boots I got a double surprise. The boots were $80 dollars originally and since I'm a veteran I got them for $64. Then the cashier took my name and number for future discounts. Everyone I met was helpful and pleasant. lts hard to find that these days. I would strongly recommend that anyone check it out. They have incredible variety for all ages. Men, women, boys and girls. I don't usually print all of this, but I had to give this store and their people their props. I couldn't tell it right with a short...
