HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE- there is only one young lady that seems to be the assistant that is actually tying to help the customer. I went in to buy flowers for Mother’s Day and the ENTIRE time I felt like I was burden to the owner for asking questions. Insanely horrible customer service and communication. Had booked as a florist for my wedding and she did not deliver a single thing that was promised. The arch we agreed on was a different color, and her team did not even provide the centerpieces we paid for. Additionally, on the day of the event her and her team arrived 3 hours late, well after our event even started. We had no flowers until halfway through our guests had arrived. Worst experience ever - it was my first time and I regret it. I came across this Florist on Instagram and saw an arrangement I love.
