Studio Nails by Martha — Local services in New York

I haven’t been to a nail salon since before the pandemic. Little did I know that a Valentine’s Day gift certificate would open my eyes to my now favorite nail salon. Studio nails by Martha is a small nail salon filled with warmth and talent. I came in with the objective of growing my nails. See I have three fingers that have been banged up and the nail often splits or chips and breaks after a certain length. Martha listened to what I had to say and offered a plan not just a nail service but a plan to help me strengthen my nails and ultimately reach my goal. Four months later my nails, natural nails, are long healthy and beautiful. My experiences have been relaxing and great. Honestly after 3-4 weeks I could actually wait longer for another service since there isn’t any lifting or damage only nail growth. ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE BROW TECH! SHE CHOPPED BOTH ENDS OF MY BROW OFF AND MADE THEM SO THIN! I HAVE NO FRONT OR END OF MY BROWS LEFT. IT LOOKS LIKE MY DAUGHTER TOOK A SHARPEE AND PUT A LINE ON MY FOREHEAD. I TOLD HER TO STOPPED AND SHE KEPT TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT SHE CAN FIX IT. MY BLOOD WAS BOILING. I love this place. My husband and I both get our mani/pedi here. I get my nails done with Martha but everyone does a great job. They’re all very talented, patient and kind.
