Kayla is an amazing instructor. I am a dental student that deals with chronic back pain I have been to numerous Physical therapy appointments and orthopedic doctors and nothing has helped me. I tried many medications and even exercises. It wasn’t till I tired pilates at feel good pilates where things changed for me. prior, No one could alleviate my pain. It is a blessing that if feel discomfort I know I can come into the studio with kayla as an instructor and she would know exactly how to move my body to give me back my life. When someone is in pain you don’t know what a blessing it is to take someone out of that pain. And I can genuinely say Kayla has done that for me. She is so caring, kind, friendly and welcoming.
