This place used to be awesome. Many a time my boyfriend and i would stop here when coming out from Long Island. The time before last, we had a small issue with the food coming out 10 minutes apart and finding one of our ever-changing servers. The last time we went was absolutely horrendous. We brought along two friends from upstate, making us a table of 4. First off, the hostess had to shoo away four teens who were just hanging out in the restaurant like it was a Starbucks. After taking our orders, chicken wings and spring rolls as apps followed by curry chicken, glass noodles, spicy basil shrimp, and volcano chicken, we waited. The apps came out separately and weren't impressive. They were also delivered by a different server. First, the curry chicken came out. Five minutes later, the glass noodle. Ten minutes after, spicy basil chicken which no one ordered. The server tried to say that that was what we ordered; she wasn't even the one who took or order. She then went back to correct it. Five minutes later, the spicy basil shrimp came out. Then we waited twenty minutes and no sign of the volcano chicken. We had to flag down someone from behind the counter. They said they would check and went behind the counter again. Another five minutes went by and finally the microwave-reheated volcano chicken came out. I wish i was exaggerating about the wait times, but i wasn't. My friend was so fed up with waiting and his food tasted awful. At this point, everyone else had finished. My boyfriend got up and tracked someone down for the check in which they charged us for something we never ordered. On the bill was the spicy basil chicken. When i told them no one ordered that, they changed it from being $8.75 to nearly $14 but still as something we never ordered. We then explained that the food he received was inedible. They literally argued with us that we should have told them and that they never use a microwave. The chicken was hot on the inside and rubbery cold in other spots. We told them that had we been able to find someone we would have said something, however we were also there for almost an hour and a half and were not going to wait another hour for something else to be microwaved. After almost ten minutes of arguing, we got them to take the disgusting meal off to bill. I wrote that the tip, which i did not leave any, was on the table so they could not write their own amount. I just could not trust them. As i did this one of the girls scoured the table for the nonexistent tip and we left. We almost wanted to leave without paying at all, however surveillance cameras at eye level as you leave suggest that that happens...

Read moreI will not eat here again. This is the third time I chose to eat here and I find the experience to be ethnist and prejudiced. This is a family run operation and I advise POC to be very circumspect of the owner. I and fellow colleagues have visited during the night and three times we've experienced what I call "Suspect behavior". Three things: The waitress dumped all of our plates into one after we told we wanted three separate containers to take way. The rice was then taken out of the GARBAGE and attempted to be put back in a container of my volcano wings which also had the bones that were discarded inside. The mom/owner (seen below) will try and pretend her English is not good and will try to make you pay CASH and tell you her machine is broken. She will insist and persist you try to go to an ATM and to also tip in cash. Be mindful of giving her your card,💳 I caught her writing down my I’d from my state I’d and my debit card info on a separate piece of 📝 paper. She had written down everything on my state I’d and everything on my debut card front and back and tried to take a picture on her personal phone. I had to scratch out all my information and have her delet the picture from her devices memory. Do NOT allow her to tell you her sales system is broken it is a LIE and her workers are in on it, after minutes of us arguing the daughter “got the machine to work” and they used my card and she still asked can we pay the TIP with cash. Do not eat here if you live in the area...
