Read moreThis place is very clean and a good starter gym. I wouldn’t recommend sending your child here if he/she wants to fight or actually learn something. I had put my kid in the Saturday class which is for youth, my kid is 15 years old and he wants to turn pro. I had sent him to a gym over in Flatbush for 4 years but unfortunately the owner had passed away so we had to look around. In that gym people sparred and worked together but at this gym it’s kind of unorganized. There is no sparring which my son truly hates for the record, barley any pad work. They jump rope, Lift weights and hit heavy bags the whole session. I took my son out of there two weeks ago. I suggest to this place to actually start the boxing. Meaning start to spar, pad work, change it up. Give them a chance to learn from each other and learn there peers styles. Your just showing them how to move a heavy bag and how to lift there arms. Start the...
