At the age of 68 I was very self-conscious about my excess neck skin, neck bands and fading jawline otherwise known as sagging skin and turkey neck. I wanted to improve the definition of my jowl line / neck area without going the surgical route. Dr. Forley was amazing. He offered several options including the newer procedure called MyEllevate which I was very interested in. He explained the procedure, what to expect afterwards and the fact that I was a candidate. I am totally amazed with the outcome. MyEllevate is a minimally invasive, nonsurgical procedure with little down time and great results. It tightened the neck bands, muscles and jowls around my neck area also allowing my jawline to resurface and be more pronounced. There were no incisions made no removal of skin and no general anesthesia. The procedure takes somewhere between one to two hours depending on the person and if they choose to combine other non-surgical procedures at the same time which I did. Dr. Forley uses a local anesthetic, I was awake, and I felt no pain throughout the complete procedure. The recovery time was also very minimal with no bruising and results can be seen almost immediately.
