I ordered vitamins, which I had previously purchased from my Naturopath. They bottle arrived intact, however upon opening it, I found a yellow powdery substance around the capsules and in the bottom of the bottle. I looked through the capsules by placing them in a bowl and saw no broken capsules. I reported this, sent photos, spoke to two people via telephone. I have never been recontacted.
