I mean if I can somehow give a zero star I would love to. The cashiers are super rude calling themselves managers. I usually don’t write a comment especially never wanted to write a negative one but this is beyond disrespectful and unethical. I clearly don’t understand how these people are hired let along working there. This is extremely ridiculous. I clearly had someone waiting in a huge line and when it was the turn I also stood next to them after 2 hours of shopping but oh boy the staff’s behavior was something I’ve never seen. They starting telling me I can’t do that or I was holding the line like or something. It wasn’t as if I cut the line or something. And when I wanted to speak to the manager, the cashier was like oh I am the manager and became so rude, didn’t listen to me and told me oh I can’t do that like what did I do wrong! It is always like if you are done shopping you go the line and wait and I had someone waiting and I joined with the person after the line got shorter and what was wrong in that. Someone please explain. This is not even the first time I had people clearly cutting the line in this store before and the cashiers just accepted them and ringing them up. And when I clearly did not cut no line or anything they had the audacity to speak like this. And I’m not done here, I requested to speak to the supervisor and she even didn’t come to solve the issue. Read moreLong lines so be ready to wait 30 plus minutes in line unless you go there first thing in the morning. Only two or three cashiers who seem to work purposely slow. Well today I went to the store to make an exchange and after about ten minutes of waiting in line downstairs, someone announced in the microphone that another cash register was open upstairs for those with five items or less, but they failed to specify that not returns or exchanges will be made. At this point a lot of people move upstairs so did I. After waiting another 30 minutes in line I’m told by the cashier that “no returns or exchanges”, She was very rude to me after I explained I spent almost 30 minutes in line and that nobody EVER said anything about returns or exchanges, she said I wasn’t paying attention. She then proceeds to take another customer while I was still speaking annd says “now you have to wait” Are you kidding me! I explained the situation to the so called manager and told him I didn’t have time to go back in line to do the return and he did nothing to help, you could’ve easily ask the cashier to do the transaction for me. Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience at this Burlington location. The AP (Asset Protection) officer followed me around the entire time, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have never given anyone a reason to think I was stealing—I’ve been shopping at this location long before he even worked here. I even worked here briefly myself but had to quit because management was so unprofessional.
Despite that, this AP officer took it upon himself to harass me, making it blatantly obvious that he was watching me. At one point, he even told me to “pose” for their security cameras so they could monitor me while I shopped—how is that not harassment? It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I came to spend my money, not to be treated like a criminal.
He spent his time focusing on me instead of people who were actually stealing. I had left empty handed because everyone corner I turned, he was there staring in my face. A woman had left the same time as me, and as she walked through the alarm went off. Turns out she was using her babies stroller as treasure chest.
