My experience with establishment has been completely unspeakable. I've wanted this tattoo for years and finally built up the courage to get it, hoping they'd successfully grant me with this service. The staff was very friendly. I explained I wanted cherry blossom flowers around a quote. As you reference the left photo, you'll see a picture of the original product done by a blonde haired woman at FBI Tattoo Bar. As you can see, it looks like poor work. She was so nice, yes, but apparently is not an experienced tattoo artist. After the original was done, the tattoo was so painful and swollen for WEEKS. I thought it was infected! But later found out the artist went way too deep into my skin and it still came out faded. Smh I was so embarrassed of my tattoo I HATED IT and only 2 months had passed after getting it!!! Before deciding to come on the internet and bash the company, I decided to call, text, and get in contact with the owner. I explained him the situation, showed him the pictures, etc. He was so kind. he reassured me that he'd be able to fix the horrifying mistake. Now, I walk into the shop, encountered the woman who first tattooed me.. Although every inch in my body wanted to yell at her and curse her out for leaving this disgusting bruise on my body, I simply showed her her disappointing work and she did not even acknowledge it!! She ran out the shop in a hurry, ignored my complaints and left. Whatever. Now, I get it "fixed" (refer to the right picture). It came out lovely the first day but I was also torn because the owner told me that he wouldnt be able to do cherry blossoms due to the damage. He had to switch to a rose. I was over it and reluctantly complied. It healed nicely as In no pain/ swelling after. The physical appearance of the tattoo, however?, smh well all I can say is..it's been months later Im still insecure about the tattoo and want to redo it but im too afraid someone is going to ruin my forearm. With that being said I think maybe people of color should not go here. Maybe they're just not aware of how to use colored ink on brown and darker tones. Looking through their instagram, they only post those of lighter complexions. I should have taken this into consideration. Please dont have the same thing happen to you because now im super insecure about my tattoo. Literally want to cry every time...
Read moreWe came here for an event thay was gifted to us for Christmas... "Learn How To Tattoo"
It was a terrible experience. The event started 30 minutes late. While we were waiting, the bartender told us we would have a enough time to order food and eat, but cannot bring food downstairs. So we ordered food. It was not ready in time and the event began so we needed to go downstairs. The place was crammed with about 20 people, while 3 people were getting actual tattoos. The table we had to tattoos on was about 1 foot wide and 3 feet long. There were 4 people assigned to a table. There were no seats. We went to go see if the food eas ready before we befan tattooing but the guy told us not to leave and he will go check. He did not go check for another 10 minutes, and the event began. Halfway through the event, the guy came downstairs carrying two trays of food...with nowhere to put it...expecting us to be able to eat it. We asked if he could put it in a to-go box and bring it back down. He said he will, and he never did.An hour and a half goes by, and we still have no food. We left the event early because we were starving. We asked the bartender if we could have a refund for the food because it was never brought back to us. She advised that the food is sitting in the microwave in the kitchen and they can just reheat it. We said we do not feel comfortable with that, and she essentially told us she doesnt know what to say and she can't refund us. We spoke with the guy who helped us originally who then told us we can't get a refund because the food was already prepared. We explained the situation from our side, to which he argued back "well i brought the food down and said you can eat down there but you asked for a box." Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
As for the event.....we were under the impression we were going to learn how to tattoo.....whelp. They stood us there with a melon tattoo gun, ink, gloves, and a few stnlencils and said "have fun." No direction or advice given. No explanation.
Quite a terrible experience and sorely disappointed in this establishment and its treatment of patrons.

Read moreI'm not sure of the vibes upstairs at the bar and food area we mainly went for, "The Friday the 13th Tattoo Flash Sale." We only went upstairs to use the bathroom it wasn't disgusting but it could definitely be cleaner and they might want to put that huge tissue role on a holder instead of just laying there. Kinda unsanitary everyone has to touch the entire roll. Germs 🤢 🦠
Downstairs: All the tattoo artists were very welcoming nice and friendly. It's was crowded only because people including my group took forever to make a decision. I wish they had more angel numbers in different fonts. I ended up not getting a tattoo because I didn't like the selection but my friends did.
The service was very personal and quite quick from start to finish. They allow people to take photos and be near your friend to support them during the tattoo process. They are definitely not easily distracted because it was loud in there and they were focused.
Also we lingered around; sat down, chatted after the tattoos and they didn't kick us out nor complain. They were very nice.
It wasn't my scene but on customer service they get 5 stars. Patience 5 stars. Selection ehhhh 3 stars. Professionalism 5 stars. They were very respectful and nice no matter how drunk and loud customers were.
Also smart idea doing a bar/tattoo...
