Chaos confusion and lies. I went to a show and decided to grab some taco bell before I entered Kings theater since it was across the street. I ordered in the Kiosk as mandatory. Within 5 minutes I get an alert that my food was ready for pickup at the front, awesome right? Wrong, they were trying to pile up orders in the system to make it seem like they were being processed in time and it led to mass confusion and chaos. One guy was so frustrated he started to tell at the workers for misleading him about his order that should have been ready. There were also about 10 Uber and door dash deliver people who were so frustrated to the point they had to cancel the pickup since there was no clear indication as to what the status of their order were. When they asked the staff, the staff was not being direct about the orders because they knew had messed up by marking an accessive amount of orders as finalized in their system which they did not process, leaving about 20 hungry and angry customers confused. About three people demanded a refund back on their orders due to the delays and confusion, myself included!
I highly advised not to go to this taco bell if you're going to a king's theater event as the staff are clearly are falsifying information about orders being placed to appear like they are meeting the demands of the customers. I really hope the staff gets reprimanded for their actions. I spent about 30 mins there after I received their text that my food was ready for pick-up and when I confronted them about it they just said "we are working on it" without a clear timeline. I observed them and they were clearly not working on my order, they had to work on a backlog of other orders which they also had marked as "ready for pickup." This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with any fast...
Read moreVibes are rank and the employees are the only thing worse. We once ordered and they skipped something in our order. When we brought it to their attention they kept assuring us that they would make it soon. We waited 45 minutes. Several groups of other guests came, ordered, left. Every time we order something on doordash they manage, without fail, to consistently mess something up or forget several items. I mean we've ordered upwards of 20+ times since living in the neighborhood and they've maybe gotten the entire order right with all the items like 3 times. If there is a manager that works there, can you double check that your team can read the entire order and complete the entire order. I hate to be rude, because I completely understand that mistakes happen, but where is the learning curve? When will orders actually come out right? I understand that the employees might be frustrated and underpaid; however, it's ridiculous to have to reorder things each and every time. Honestly better off closing this location. Hope they strongly...
Read moreI placed 2 orders of the dulce de leche delights with a quesadilla combo. Whoever was working the night of 8/1/25 around 10:30 PM, did a terrible job packaging my order. Who would put saran wrap over the (lid) of the drink and put that drink in the same bag with the rest of the food?? Was there any common sense and consideration, attention to detail applied when packaging these orders?? The drink had spilled all over of my food while in transit. Let me give you a tip, How about you put the drink in a separate bag from the food? Or how about wrapping the drink with Saran Wrap in its entirety, place the drink in a drink tray, then place that drink tray in a plastic bag and wrap it up to secure it?? On top of that, I did not receive the dulce de leche delights bites, Common sense isn’t really common these days it looks like. If you guys ran out, communicate with the customer or give them an extra taco or something to compensate for the money the customer has spent? ….. I don’t know, just maybe??...
