Non-Asian people have to understand that it’s a different culture in here. If the staff seems rude, it’s because they’re trying to work fast and not be distracted. That’s why the long lines move fast.

With that said, the food here is fresh right off the trucks and unpacked straight onto the shelves. Fish, meat, vegetables are abundant and fresh. The workers are spicy sometimes but don’t take it personally. Sometimes they seem like they’re yelling at each other but it’s all in jest. Everyone is very nice especially if you’re a regular. Asian snacks are a must!!! Mom and I are loyal to this store.

Will give 0 start if possible. The employees at MEAT department is ridiculous. I was buying two kinds of MEAT, one employee gave me one and told me the another kind are "THERE", which are two steps away, then total ignored me. I didn't understand what he mean by "THERE", then I understood a moment later , he mean I should ask the another employee for the other kind of meat because that's NOT his section. Are you serious? Extremely awful cash register experience, they actually yelled at me since I didn't have a shopping bag. I didn't INTEND to get groceries. So charge me for another bag!!! Don't YELL AT ME about it. Ridiculous. Just put up a bag fee. And especially if you charged me, if I ask for ANOTHER BAG, then just charge me for two. What is the point of cramming most things into one bag, then holding the other items?!...
