My experience with Cleaning Chief was great from beginning to end. The customer service is on point and the response times are extremely fast and everything is very transparent in terms of pricing and what will be done. My apartment was a total mess before they came. I have lived in the apartment for about 3 years and had it professionally cleaned a couple times when I moved in and that's it.
