New owners,no longer Carmen - not good seamstresses. Dropped off bridesmaids dress to hem and shorten shoulder straps. Was charged 35$ which would've been fine if they did a good job tailoring, but the hem wasn't finished properly, and it basically ended up looking like there was a seam running along the whole bottom edge of the dress. The shoulder straps were just folded and tacked instead of being tucked in and sewn into the dress so that it wouldn't potentially pop out if moving around. Also I dropped off on Tuesday and they said I could pick up Saturday but when I got there Saturday, it wasn't ready and I had to return in 2 days.
