There are different membership levels to fit most budgets and new classes are released at a minimum of every month. Now let's talk about Claire...THE BEST! Her sincerity and love for rebounding are palpable and as a former competitive athlete, she knows her stuff. She provides exceptional instruction to ensure proper form and knows just what to say to keep us motivated: "Not easy!" She is genuinely interested in her members (her "fitfam") and our feedback.
