I am a 16 year old girl who dropped off my necklace in September and went to pick it up today. I had a horrible experience with the service. When I went to pick up my necklace, I gave them my debit card for payment. The jewelers wife at the counter told me it was declined, which I knew wasn't true because there was money on the card. She gave me my card back, and I tapped it myself, and my card was charged $15. She then accused me of using Apple Pay, which was false because I don't use Apple Pay. She started yelling, asking why I would make it an Apple Pay transaction. I repeatedly told her I didn't use Apple Pay, as she saw me tap my debit card. She continued arguing and even put her hand in my face while falsely accusing me. The jeweler told me I had to come back and pay $15 in cash after I had just paid $15 with my debit card. They were rude and disrespectful and refused to give me my necklace after taking my money. I had to call my mom, and she had to come to this shop and get involved for them to give me...

i love this jewelry store and they treat me GRAND and royally when i go there. i have known the owner before he owned this jewelry store when he worked at another jewelry store not far away from sparkle. they give me GREAT discounts as well as have repaired jewelry for me for free that they knew i DIDN'T even buy there a few times like today when i got something fixed for free that i didn't buy there and they knew i didn't buy it there. this is the only jewelry store that i do business with in this area now, and they have QUALITY jewelry at GREAT prices! and i am the wife of the person whose name this review is written...
