Echoing similar experiences from other reviewers. Don’t waste your money on “permanent” jewelry here. Given these gold bracelets run up to $358 and customers have next to zero support for the poor quality, it’s laughable to advertise these as “forever.”

My “sweet nothing” bracelet broke off twice (the second time, after less than 6 months) and I didn’t catch it the second time. The first time it fell off, I had to pay the $20 fee to have it re-welded, which is absurd on its own. The second time, despite having all of the purchase history in my account, I was told I’d need to buy a new bracelet and charm after spending nearly $200 on this one alone including multiple re-welding fees. The discount offered for lost jewelry is only 20%, which doesn’t even cover the fees I’ve paid to re-weld this bracelet already.

I’ve spent over $800 on forever bracelets here and happily recommended them previously, but highly regret...

Don’t waste your time. Everyone here stands around and could care less if they help you or not. Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job lol. My sister came in all excited to buy stuff here and she would ask a question and they would answer in the most non caring way . I heard my sister ask do you have this in rose gold? They reply with “ no. “ and literally walk away to “ help” someone else. If they were a good worker, seems to me you’d be like no but we can look up another store that has it or how about I show you this product instead?

In summary, find a place that wants your business. This place has people working who don’t want to work. Who do the bare minimum.

Like I said. If you wanna see people who hate their job, come here. 0/10...

I’ve been a customer of Catbird’s since 2020.

I always stopped at the Centre Street location but had the pleasure of visiting the Rockefeller location for the first time today to get my fiancé’s wedding band.

The store was very busy due to the annual summer sale, but staff members were very attentive. My fiancé was able to try on different sizes and finishes to find the one he liked, and we were in and out within about 20 minutes due to the efficiency of the staff.

My collection of Catbird jewelry includes permanent bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings (including my engagement ring!). Their quality never disappoints. I love that this jewelry brand has been a part of many big moments in my life, I look forward to continuing to be a costumer for many...
