There’s no option for a ZERO star but the cashier/manicurist (First Lady on the left side/Dec 8 2022) is SUCH a horrible human and gives an awful attitude.

PLEEEASE NEVER GO IN IF THIS LADY IS THERE … I don’t know if her work is good but if you want to spend the worst hour of your life ruining your day, go there, if you cannot handle it, say: “I only pay with Zelle” and you’ll be free.

Today, I went to do my regular acrylic extension manicure and this lady was giving me the worst attitude since I walk in for no reason. I asked her to be careful with my nails cause I’ve been taking care of them for a month in order to handle the acrylic nails again… And she didn’t care, I hold the pain AND ALL THE TIME she was with the freaking attitude placing the nails … MAN ! If you don’t like what are you doing change your life BUT don’t ruin everybody’s day Then, When she was placing the second nail, another lady was paying for her manicure with another manicurist, and this FREAKING human was treating the other manicurist like garbage (in Spanish of course, so the customer won’t know) because she charge wrong by mistake. I pretend I forgot my money and only can pay with Zelle, she said: “only card or cash” SO I asked her to removed the two nails she put and left. Of course she cuts half and pull hard the other half 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Never coming back there and telling all my friends to stop going...

Went today and asked how long for a pedicure. They told me 20 minutes wait because the one girl was in the back and needed 20 minutes to finish a massage. I reconfirm the 20 minutes wait and tell the girls that’ll be right back. Went back in 20 minutes and there are three new people in the salon that weren’t there before. I walk in and the same girl ask me what I need done. I said I would like to get a pedicure. She said I would have a substantial wait time because there are three people in front of me. I said I was just in here 20 minutes ago and you told me there’s a 20 minute wait for the other girl in the back to finish. She then indicates that everyone else was there by appointment and that she didn’t know I was returning in 20 minutes. I said to her… why didn’t you tell me before that you had so many appointments so I could have gone somewhere else. I specifically said twice I will be back in 20 minutes. She just turned and looked at me like a complete idiot . Don’t recommend them at all!!! They are not professional in...

Rude and very unprofessional. I understand now the rules in regards to the pandemic have changed but CLEARLY stated in the salon to please wear a mask. The employees were not. The only one who was wearing a mask was the lady who was doing my pedicure. Today the lady behind the desk as well as another employee were chatting away without a mask. As soon as a potential client walked in, she placed a mask on only to remove it as soon as the potential client left. I had a toddler with me and asked why they weren't wearing a mask. That's the only reason why I asked and said so. They spoke Spanish to one another and is fine. But for the one that rolled her eyes and said something about it- really?
