Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in New York

Poor customer service. I overheard the cashier charge 5 cents for a plastic bag, even though restaurant/takeout services are exempt from the fee in NYC. Anyway, they did not offer me a bag at all and the drinks had spilled on their doorstep because their drink cups are too slender to fit the cup holders they use. After returning to the store, I had asked if they would consider remaking the spilt drinks, to which they responded “No, you can just reorder.” The manager did not have the courage to even look me in the eye and the cashier broke it to me. I understand there is no obligation to remake but I feel like the entire situation could have been handled better. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing boba at any Kung-Fu Tea establishment...

I traveled from the other side of brooklyn just to use my tmobile tuesday discount on their boba tea that my daughter loves so much. The boba was amazing.. but the workers didnt seem to like that we was there. Im not sure what is was but something was off.. i tried to get help but they didnt help, they just stated "use the app, everything is on the app." That kind of upset me.. then they expected a tip. Minimum on debt or credit is $10.. i got attitude from a lady but they expected a top for doing their job. Then the visa machine you had to click no tip which is at the bottom very small just to place the order in store.. like your being force to do tip.. i didnt like that but the place was clean and we enjoyed...

I placed two separate order(115847768, 115848279) at ave u location for Oreo wow but what I received was definitely not what was shown on the picture it just felt like milk with crushed Oreo which I could’ve had at home instead of placing an order and walking over 25 minutes with a newborn. I’m really disappointed and frustrated if the thing is not what it’s pictured why advertise it as such. I’ve tried Oreo wow in the past but it was the first time I managed to taste such a terrible Oreo wow. I feel awfully frustrated and do not want to order anymore.
