Words cannot describe how BAD of a job this salon did. I brought extensions to the salon to be matched to my hair color. I have ginger/copper hair, I told them if they could not match it, don't do it. They still said they could, my blonde extensions turned maroon and they kept gaslighting me by saying the color itself looks good, I don't care if it looks good! I want what I asked for and I want for my extensions to match! I came back the next day because Kevin, the Owner, promised he would fix my extensions/dye my hair to match the extensions for free.

While I'm there the next day, he tells me it'll be too hard to dye my hair and it'll be easier to match the extensions to my hair color. But you didn't even do it right the first time... and now you're saying you cant dye my hair to match?

They bleached my extensions after messing up the first time with the promise it would match and it didn't. It was peach this time around.

They ended up never matching the colors and had to dye my actual hair anyways and the extensions to a dark dark red brown. I was there for over 3 hours..

I cried, I expressed to the owner that I wanted an apology because most people would apologize when they mess up your 200+ hair extensions.. I lost half the hair on the extensions and they offered a random weft of hair from the salon that is SYNTHETIC hair and lied that it was real hair!!!!! I want a refund because this is insane. I've been going here for years but Kevin and his wife/business partner were the worst people I've experienced in this industry. He originally offered a refund and then took back the offer...

They kept laughing at me and not taking my complaints seriously. They would tell me it's ok and then say it doesn't look good when I asked them to be honest, I don't know how he could feel comfortable charging a customer who was so unhappy and unconfident leaving the salon.

I don’t usually come to review things, but the guy who did my hair was incredibly rude. I was asking for my hair to be more straight, after it was done very puffy. I was getting no reply and then when I asked again the man screamed at me. After screaming at me several times I just wanted to walk out but a kind lady working there convinced me to stay. For the rest of the time he was very rude. You give a person tip for good, pleasant service, not when you’re screamed at. I gave the tip regardless and the amount wasn’t to his liking. So he snatched it out of my hand and threw it in his drawer. I said to him thank you, and he goes “No thank you”. Then told me I could have my tip back and when I stood there, he refused to give it to me. They completely botched my haircut. I went in there for a TRIM and I left with a hair cut up to my shoulders. When I walked in my hair was down to the end of my back!! AND it's completely uneven! Completely destroyed my hair (see pic). The place is FILTHY. They use the same brushes on everyone with hair in it, never cleaned. The same gloves to wash each person's hair. There is hair dye splattered on the walls. The place stinks of sewage. It's truly disgusting. To top is all off they asked me about a tip after they just botched my hair.
