Food here at best is mediocre.

Service on the other hand is just straight garbage. Put in a phone order before 4pm for 5pm pick up. Not only is the order not done, we had to wait another 30 minutes while the cashier was fumbling around other things. Boss lady had the audacity to tell us that if we pay now they will make it immediately. To call over a hour before pick up time and not to have food ready is already pretty trash. In addition to the garbage service and requesting that we pay to get the food when we ordered on the phone over a hour prior to get instant service is not how you do business.

If you looking for Chinese food in the area just go across the street or 2 blocks down and you'll get better service and food. Just don't come or even think about coming...

The food was good before, but everything change after it became popular in recently years. Actually, it became popular is not because of how amazing their food are. It is because the food is ok and there are not so many choice around this area. The service became terrible right now. Even the boss could yell to the customers and they dont care how you feel, how long you wait If the food excellent, you may dont worry about how the service it is. However, the food becomes worse right now, the pork smell so weird sometime. You never know how long the meat they keep in the refrigerator and cook it for you to eat with terrible food quality the price going higher and higher save yourself, please keep away from...

The service and attitude are ridiculously terrible. The waiters did not just ignored me for a few minutes after I asked for help and told them exactly what I wanted to buy. In addition to that, the only thing I heard from the waitress was ‘’ I have no time’’. She should’ve told me to wait instead of striking me with the rude words in the early morning. This kind of unexpected experience seriously ruined my day. It does not matter how good the foods can possibly be over there, the way customers are served and greeted already ruined the reputation. Nobody deserves to be told “I have no time” when all they want to do is to be a customer with money to spend on...
